We help patients:

- connect with hospitals and doctors,
- coordinate travel, logistics, and follow-up care.

We do not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, or medical advice.
2. No Medical Advice
All information shared by Vanaa Health, including on the website, advertisements, WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, or documents, is provided for informational and coordination purposes only.
Nothing provided by Vanaa should be considered:
- medical advice,
- diagnosis,
- treatment recommendation,
- emergency care guidance.
All medical decisions must be made directly between you and licensed medical professionals.
3. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or
- You are a legal guardian or authorized representative of the patient
- All information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful
Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. Patient Responsibilities
You agree that:
- You are responsible for providing complete and accurate medical records
- You understand treatment outcomes depend on medical factors beyond Vanaa’s control
- You will follow instructions provided by your treating doctors and hospitals
- Final decisions regarding treatment are yours
Vanaa is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.
5. Hospitals, Doctors & Third Parties
Vanaa coordinates with independent:
- hospitals,
- doctors,
- healthcare providers,
- travel and logistics partners.
These third parties:
- are not employees or agents of Vanaa,
- operate independently under their own licenses and regulations.
Vanaa does not control:
- medical procedures,
- clinical decisions,
- hospital policies,
- professional conduct of doctors.
6. Treatment Costs & Estimates
- Cost estimates shared by Vanaa are indicative, based on available information
- Final treatment costs may change if:
- diagnosis changes after physical examination,
- additional tests or procedures are required,
- medical complications arise.
Vanaa is not liable for changes in treatment costs determined by hospitals or doctors for medical reasons.
7. Commissions & Commercial Relationships
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Vanaa may receive commissions or service fees from hospitals or partners
- Partnerships are entered only with providers agreeing to transparency and patient-first practices
- Commissions do not influence medical decisions
This does not create a doctor–patient relationship with Vanaa.
8. Travel & Visa Assistance
Vanaa may assist with:
- visa documentation guidance,
- travel planning,
- accommodation coordination.
However:
- visa approvals are solely at the discretion of immigration authorities,
- Vanaa does not guarantee visa approval, travel clearance, or entry into any country,
- flight delays, cancellations, or travel disruptions are outside our control.
9. Post-Treatment & Follow-Up
- Post-treatment follow-up is coordinated where possible
- Medical responsibility remains with the treating doctor or hospital
- Vanaa does not provide emergency or urgent medical care
In emergencies, contact local emergency services immediately.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Vanaa Health shall not be liable for:
- medical outcomes or complications,
- treatment delays or failures,
- actions or omissions of hospitals, doctors, or third parties,
- visa rejections or travel disruptions,
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
If liability is established, it shall be limited only to the amount paid directly to Vanaa, if any.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vanaa Health, its founders, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- misuse of the website or services,
- false or incomplete information provided by you,
- reliance on third-party medical advice or services.
12. Data & Privacy
Your use of Vanaa is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer, which form part of these Terms.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on vanaa.health, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Vanaa Health and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written permission.
14. Termination
Vanaa reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

Termination does not affect obligations already incurred.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
